At Ramsys Training, we understand that serving our\r\n clients\r\n begins at our very first meeting before even the client engages our services.

By incorporating a systematic and focused approach during the sales cycle, we seek to clearly\r\n establish and define the project phases and task, critical deadlines and constraints,\r\n implementation\r\n budgets, client responsibilities, and project support needs. This allows us to significantly\r\n increase the quality, cost effectiveness and timeliness of the overall engagement whilst\r\n reducing\r\n Risks to the barest minimum. Below are the various steps in our Project Management Methodology:\r\n Our\r\n Project Management Methodology follows the simple generic Project Management processes of\r\n Project\r\n Initiation; Project Planning, Project Execution and Project Closure. Details of these processes\r\n are\r\n always discussed and are ultimately redesigned to meet each of our clients’ satisfaction and the\r\n complexity of each project.

Our formal hands on training are therefore taught by experienced and certified trainers, who\r\n have at\r\n least 5 years of consulting experience. We also provide an after training support for a period\r\n of\r\n six months to our students and institutions. The objective of our training methodology is to\r\n offer\r\n the training such that our students become super users who are capable of training other users.\r\n This\r\n is to ensure that any student that leaves our premises can perform his/her job very well by\r\n using\r\n their IT systems optimally. The training is therefore focused on the trainees’ individual needs.\r\n This also ensures that corporate entity is able to build internal capacity to handle almost all\r\n routine support issues; with our Consultants intervening only when there are critical issues\r\n that\r\n were not anticipated. This methodology puts the ownerships of our solutions into the hands of\r\n the\r\n Owner

Certification Courses Offered at our Training Facility RamsysTraining offers executive classroom\r\n style training and classes are normally limited to a maximum of 10 persons, each with a PC to\r\n maximize the benefits of our “hands on” training. Our training facilities are equipped with\r\n ultra\r\n modern state of the art equipment, software packages and are fully air-conditioned.\r\n RamsysTraining\r\n offers a comprehensive training program and all our training programs are conducted at our\r\n facilities but at a client’s request, we can organize the training program at the clients’\r\n premise\r\n so that we may be able to relate the theoretical IT training to the work schedules of the\r\n participants.
